At Kitch Clothing, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimate apparel are final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
